Ligging is top…direct aan het strand.

Was wel wat gedateerd en niet erg groot!

Location. Terrace was amazing for our 2 night stay. They have comfortable sunbeds so we could tan on the terrace in the afternoon sun. The host was very responsive and helpful. Easy contact less check-in.

Address and instructions on how to locate the apartment were not clear (I would request request address and photos prior to check-in). The floor is on a decline (apartment built on a slight decline) which took a day to get used to. Bathroom is very small. Air conditioning was sufficient, but could have been better (put the shutters down during the day to help keep the heat out). Uncomfortable pillows.

Location was fab, right on the Beach’s front. The big fridge was good.

There was no instructions to collect keys or how to get to the propert, the patio door not not lock and the keys were in the room, the floor slopes ,and it’s feels like your on a boat, tiny bathroom very dirty floor had to use bath towel to wipe our feet on the way out! You cannot lock the room anyone could walk in. Cheap furniture and fittings. Would not stay or recommend,

Location location location! This is an incredible price and location, worth it for the large terrace so close to the beach it's like one great sized chaise lounge in the sand. If you are okay with a very small bathroom, you will LOVE this studio.

Lovely view, Very friendly and warm hosts, easy to make room nice & warm. and heating up the water system for hot water was quite simple. The convection oven worked great. I also loved the feral cats. The great restaurant next-door Petro & Votsalo had a special Christmas Eve menu. I enjoyed it very much and the authentic music went on till 5 AM.

May I suggest upgrading to a little Nespresso coffee maker, and having coffee, pods and teabags handy.

The most amazing location for everything you need to do in Matala. Easy check in and right on the beach and town so we could easily go for a swim, grab a coffee, go to the shops or head out for dinner.

Remember key is for side door, not balcony.

It’s in a great location overlooking the sea.

As mentioned in other reviews, there is a noise issue. We were very tired and didn’t mind, but those who are sensitive to noise might want to avoid it. Also, as a funny detail, the floor is uneven :) which could be bothersome.
