L'emplacement à 5 minutes a pied d'un des sassi Le stationnement possible dans la cours de l'immeuble pour 8€/jour C'était très propre et bien emménagé Le propriétaire fournit les dosettes pour la machine à café et du thé Il y a une machine à laver La salle de bain est très propre et très pratique Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Posizione ottima perché vicina al centro a piedi 5 minuti. Posto auto fuori dall'appartamento.

Materassi scomodi. Consiglio di sostituire il divano con un letto singolo.. Consiglio di mettere una tenda oscurate sulla porta di ingresso per la notte poiché la luce del lampione esterno è fastidiosa.

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Matera. La posizione è davvero perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Le camere erano molto pulite, accoglienti e ben curate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’atmosfera tranquilla e piacevole della struttura. Soggiorno davvero molto bello, lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole scoprire Matera nel massimo comfort.”
