"Perfect location for us, to go birding!"

Peaceful location with a lovely hostess, who was on hand for any questions. Perfect for visiting RSPB Frampton Marsh. Great that kitchen was separate so no noisy fridge, that you get in some holiday lets. Great to sit outside & watch the wildlife~feeding pied wagtails, kestrel, bunnies, stock dove & listening to cuckoos.
