Liked the fact we were behind closed gates and cctv as we were down a country lane. Nice host, very friendly. Annexe had all you needed for a stay. Clear instructions for bins and local shops.

Found bed uncomfortable on right side (dip) but could be just personal preference as we have a deeper mattress at home. Quite hot inside the property but luckily there was a fan and the weather was scorching so to be expected.

Clean, bed very comfortable, nice and quiet, good parking and outside area. Lee and Natalie excellent hosts

Possibly needs a few more dishes/bowls in kitchen bit nothing that I couldn't have asked for if I really wanted them
