Spazioso, e a Matera non è scontato. Parcheggio a 3 metri da casa, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di matera. Proprietario accogliente discreto e generoso. Consigliatissimo

Appartement confortable, très propre, dans un quartier calme peut-être un peu loin du centre, 20 mn de marche à pied. Rocco est très sympathique et généreux, nous à donné d'excellents gâteaux, fruits, pain, focaccia et d'excellents conseils pour les visites.

Rien. Nous avons tout apprécié.

Prima di tutto da sottolineare la gentilezza e la premura del propietario,il sig. Rocco. Sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e confortevole.Ottimo il soggiorno che abbiamo fatto con una casa comodissima dotata di tutti i comfort,in una via molto tranquilla e il parcheggio praticamente sulla porta di casa...e ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo,da non perdere.

Die ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral. Schönes helles Appartement, sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Gartenmöbel wären nicht schlecht.

Everything about the accommodation was absolutely perfect and we had the best time. We've probably never been to cleaner apartment. The breakfasts were to die for, the owner was really helpful and kind. The apatment is little further away from the old town but it's still walkable distance and there is a grocery store close by.
