Ambiente pulito con tutto il necessario. Comodo per raggiungere la Zona dei Sassi anche a piedi (20’). Zona tranquilla. Parcheggi liberi in zona a disposizione.

Great spacious apartment just outside the Sassi. 20 minute walk and you are in the Sassi. Parking is a huge plus here right outside the apartment.

Very clean flat, well accessible from UNESCO site Sassi 15 min walk. Good parking space, free. Ownwr was very helpful, Keys and money handover easy.

No window. Hearing every noise from the street in the night (ventilation shaft leads to the sidewalk).

Very clean. Good communication with the owner. You do the check-in without interacting with anyone so it is quite practical. The location is ok but you have like 30 minutes walking to the center.

The only way to pay is with cash and you need to leave it at the key locker. You get the "receipt" afterwards via whatsapp. I think this could be improved. In all the other stays in Puglia that were similar to this, they did the payment via Booking and it was way more convenient.

It is a nice spacious apartment with great atmosphere!

Good and quiet location to explore Matera. Spacious and clean bathroom. All necessary kitchen equipment provided.

Without ventilator gets humid but a ventilator is provided so all good.

Bathroom was pristine, bed very comfortable, equiped with refrigerator and cookware. You will be alone in a small house, so you enjoy privacy, private bathroom of course and management of your own time. You will be around 20 minutes apart from the Sassi of Matera and around 5 minutes from a very good supermarket. If you have car, you can park it as we did, just at the street in front of the house.

Nothing remarkable.

The place was clean, modern, simply but well equiped. It was about 20 minutes away from city centre by walking. On our way was a great pastery, highly recommended.

When we were booking, we did not release that the place does not have windows. However you can find it as benefit - because quality of the sleep was higher than usual :D
