First of all the Host was really helpful and kind person. He sent us a video about the location of the house based on our expected arrival route and where we would find the keys. The house is amazing and in a prime location. We could see the famous church of Matera right from the house balcony. The beds were actually really comfy. Everything in the house was well maintained and clean. All the necessary stuff was present in the house. Right outside the house in the direction of the city center (2-3 min walk), is one of the best view points of the city. The main city center is like 5 mins walk from the house. We had a big tragedy will we were hiking outside Matera and our stuff was stolen. He was very kind to help us with talk with Police because very few people in Matera speak English. I would definitely visit Matera again and I am going to stay at this house for sure!

it was very clean, close to the centre, easy check in and check out. The whole apartment exceeded our expectations and really enjoyed our stay here. Both bedrooms have balconies too which was so lovely to have as the views are amazing.

the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly.
