The view from the balcony is very pretty and the location is easily access from where we park. We didn't have to drag our luggages through the many steps of Matera.

I had been traveling in southern Italy for 2 weeks. By the time I arrived in Matera I was tired and burnt out. The first night in this flat, I did not go anywhere. The view alone took my breath away. Matera is enchanting, mysterious, and magical. The view from the flat said it all, all the time. The living room was comforting, the bedroom was comfortable and there is a small room for one person so there are 2 bedrooms. The cats rule Matera but that is what makes it really special! I recommend this flat!

The location is exceptional, with a view across the sassi and cathedral. Very welcoming staff: Antonella met us at an agreed location, escorted to the property, assisted us to find free parking, and explained the apartment. Also gave great recommendations. Breakfast supplies were plentiful, and coffee maker appreciated.

Just a tip ... ensure you advise your bed requirements when booking. The bathroom is modern and makes the most of the space available. However, very large people may find it challenging.

The views from all rooms were fabulous. Especially from our bedroom. Beautiful at night. A must!

No hairdryer, tv didn’t work. No kettle so used saucepan.
