good location spacious caravan clean and fairly well equipped

key lock box tricky to use. no sharp fruit/vegetable chopping knives. couldnt access netflix on tv.

Narin was a great host, very quick to answer any quiry, very comfy and cosy and warm. Everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. Compact but comfy bedrooms. Good shower plenty of room. Plenty of cupboards drawers wardrobes. Great place to stay. We didn’t use campsite facilities ( apart from the well stocked supermarket) as we were out and about.

The Camp was good overall lots for the children to do

Not having to pay £26 per person for passes to use the swimming pool for our stay and other club facilities to watch the shows ect. That could be put on the caravan details so people are aware of extra expenses.

Caravan was really nice inside, clean, good facilities and well equipped for a family of 4. Once inside the caravan it was great. Very comfortable.

Disappointed by the additional costs to use any of the on site facilities. £104 for a family of 4 to go for a swim seemed ridiculous when only staying for one night and having paid £280 for the accommodation. + WiFi costs. We expected additional cost but this was far too much given length of our stay. No other options available. Need more clarity on this before booking as off putting for short stays.

The van was beautiful

The staff on the park ,we're all on training. Very rude and didn't know what they where doing. They over charge me for my food at the fish and chip shop. I had to get a full refund and then pay again. They told me i would be refunded in 24hours and its still not landed in my bank

I love the location. The information on how to find the caravan was very helpful. Everything u needed was there it was clean, and the communication was very good. Was always happy to help and would happily stay again thank you

The caravan was extremely clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was very close to the beach with a very large veranda, shame the weather wasn’t nice enough for us to enjoy the large outdoor space 😁

The only downside (which for a lot of people won’t be an issue) is that it was a fair walking distance to the clubhouse from the caravan for my mum who has walking disabilities, but other than that there is nothing to dislike about the property.
