Sea 'n' Stars Platinum Plus Holiday home with Views, Free Wifi and Netflix

The campsite was bleak .. no trees The swimming pool was not open Friday or Monday No where to leave your suitcases We did ask reception .. and they could not hold our suitcades

Everything was great and perfect.

we have nothing negative to mention because everything was just great and perfect.

Quiet, nice placement on site, comfortable seating areas. Good shower room. Good towels

En-suite bathroom was tired - Ensuite shower was broken. Side of bath detached and floor warped. Sheets on double bed did not fit. No basin or plug in kitchen sink. No kitchen towel. Twin room small

Loved the situation, gorgeous looking out across the fields with no other caravans in sight. Thanks for the lovely welcome box, we ate all the biccies, couldn't resist sorry! Very comfy bed and sofa, enjoyed Netflix, kitchen very well equipped. Check in was easy and the site Parkdean staff were very pleasant and helpful. The site was peaceful and very quiet at night ( during easter hols) Loads to do nearby and further afield - a trip to see Canterbury cathedral was excellent. We also loved Rye - a very short drive away.

A bit puzzled by the mattress being longer than the bed - we still slept well though.

The caravan itself was fantastic. Very comfortable, beautiful view and all appliances were easy to use. Didn’t interact with any staff members other than the shopkeepers so cannot really comment on that but our stay was great. Very peaceful and quiet.
