Sea 'n' Stars Platinum Plus Holiday home with Views, Free Wifi and Netflix

Accommodation was clean & comfortable. Position on site was great with lovely views.

Didn't find any real negatives..

The second bedroom was a little small for two adults.

The view was amazing, and was well equipped. We didn't need to bring half the stuff we brought. We know for next time if we get a chance to stay here again.

Notting bad at all.

The lodge was lovingly decorated and furnished. It was warm, comfortable and wonderfully quiet with beautiful views over the fields, and the sea just a ten-minute walk away. Everything we needed was there and it was so relaxing to be away from the city. Having two bathrooms was a real plus! When we thought we needed help with something (which turned out not to be the case), the staff at reception were incredibly reassuring and helpful. We felt there were people on hand if we did have a problem. Thank you too for the apple juice and biscuits. That was so welcoming - and delicious.

We appreciated everything. It is a quiet area without too many shops, though, but that was actually what we were looking for. There is a lot to do on site, if more activity is required. Maybe some coasters for the sitting-room table might be useful? The seal around the oven was broken, which may have made the oven less efficient, but it still did a good job and we were very grateful for it. We were glad to have the instructions on the door for when we left, but maybe some more instructions might be helpful? We hope we used everything correctly. Also, for visitors (from abroad?) not used to the door system: the handle needs to be lifted in order to lock the door, but one notch higher than you might think - nearly 180 degrees.

As we enter in greeted with local farm made apple juice bottle and very clean and well maintained. Great place to stay. No issues or what so ever. All functioning as it should. Extra bonus TV in all rooms and Wi-Fi and Netflix .

Not really fit for 3 kids as it have only 2 bedrooms in all. For a family of four it is quite right, but that's not really a problem as we went out most of the time.

Fairly homely, well equipped for cooking needs. Nice shower

Very cold, took ages to warm up, was warmish by Sunday night, shame we were going home next day. Internet stopped working, on Sunday so couldn't use Amazon prime or any other streaming or the WiFi. The nest thermostat kept saying locked out of network so temp would drop to 18 and then it would work again, heat was limited to 24, and could of been put on prior to us arriving to ensure it felt warm instead we sat in double/treble layers of clothes and blankets. There was a terrible draught in the front room area, the fire, well fan heater let out a drizzle of heat if that. Not that clean, stains on the dining room seats, stains on carpets, dirt on ceiling in kitchen,cobwebs around lights, no curtains, just blinds, with strips of materials pretending to be curtains. Photos of the caravan, make it look a lot bigger than it actually is. Have stayed in quite a few caravans and this was by far the coldest, draughtiest and showing it age that we've stayed in.
