"Good location"

Plenty of space. Lovely size garden. Beds were comfortable. Bungalow was within walking distance of Cromer beach and town centre. It was useful having a washing machine and a line to dry washing.

The bungalow could do with a thorough clean and some TLC.

"Nice location poor experience regarding property."

The property was very run down, with poor decoration, mold in a few areas, the shower curtain had mold on it, the shower did not work in the main bathroom, and the garden was poorly maintained.
