Great location, well furnished. Clean

Perhaps provide some tea bags for future guests. There was coffee available but I am not a coffee drinker

Great tidy little house short walk from Croyde bay, took us less then 10 mins from door to surf

Only improvement would be need a better frying pan as the current one isn't non stick.
