We were coming to Dallas to see the eclipse, and the location was perfect for that! The property owners were great to work with, and allowed us to arrive a bit early upon request. Lots of space, and the arcade games and abundance of TVs were helpful for our large group.

The house could have been more well stocked with things that guests would need, such as extra bedding and blankets, air mattresses for additional beds, extra towels, etc. There were also a few broken furniture pieces that needed replacing.
