LARGE, EXTREMELY CLEAN VILLA

It would have been helpful if there had been tea towels, dishcloths, washing up liquid etc to start us off

Lovely 3 storey villa with 5 big rooms and aircon throughout. Nice pool in the small garden. There is a small shop and great supermarket 2 mins away ( turn right by the ramshackle bar ) Great location - literally a 5 minute stroll into town. The hosts are just amazing and on hand to help with any issues or information Dalyan itself is a lovely place too

Nothing really - it has a few quirks like odd pipe work here and there ( like the builder forgot to complete a radiator ) but it’s a new villa. I’d definitely recommend and would definitely return!

As a family we absolutely loved the villa it was everything we expected to be and more! The owner went above and beyond for us. All the rooms had air con which was amazing! We loved that all rooms had en-suites so we had privacy! The pool was a good size and not too deep but not too shallow! We are looking to book again in the future!

In general, it was quite nice and clean. Best part was friendly and helping staff. They resolved "almost" all the issues we had. They provided most of our needs. Pool was nice. Chair count was enough. Air conditioners were everywhere. Towel count was enough. They called us before the visit and provided valuable information. They let us check in early and check out a bit late. Room sizes were enough.

Kitchen amenities were poor. Pans were not in good condition. Glass count was not enough, there should have been more. I'd prefer a lot more tools in the kitchen, at least a simple coffee machine would have been nice. Some beds were in good condition but some were not. Surprisingly it was still comfortable when you consider the sound.

Very close to the high street, literally a 5 minute walk. There's a nice bar and small shop right around the corner. Quiet area. Lovely outside space with private pool and BBQ. All the rooms were clean and the en suite bathrooms were in working order. Air-conditioning is great and screen doors are useful to get fresh air without bugs coming in! The hosts helped us organise trips and were super attentive and helpful.

Outside area is a bit small for 10 people and the shower was always cold no matter the time of day. Could do with some more pillows, towels and crockery (there were only two small mugs and no knives, for example). Duvets didn't have sheets on them. Few finishing touches need doing to the property - there were exposed wires, pipes sticking out of the floor, cupboard door to the washing machine was falling off. Nothing that effected our stay massively but worth highlighting!

Very big and clean villa

lovely villa, great location, clean and tidy and very spacious and comfortable. There were 8 people staying and plenty of room for us all. The pool is great and the area around it was clean and tidy. Host is also very quick to answer any questions for you.

Absolutely perfect location with a fabulous host who helped us with so much. Literally 5 minutes walk to restaurants and river and a small supermarket just 1 minute away. Pool was very refreshing and very clean. Brilliant air conditioned too. Would highly recommend.

Very slippery flooring if wet. Limited cooking facilities

Amazing villas, luxurious looking, very spacious, you have everything you need and the pools are perfect. Close to everything, we had an amazing time. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend
