Mulberry House

A charming villetta with beautiful grounds. The mountain view was amazing. Very cosy and authentic place. It was well cleaned and prepared for our stay, the house had everything we needed. Great location with a short drive to Dalyan centre. Iztuzu beach 17min drive, with all the beach amenities, highly recommend. Local fauna kept us entertained, we had visiting cats, turtles, herons, hedgehogs and even a crab, what an unforgettable stay!

Maybe a few small wear and tear things could be replaced, but nothing major.

Travelled with 3 adults and 3 children. The pool was a good size. Extremely Friendly host. Home from home with facilities, there is everything you could ever need. Perfect location - Close to the centre but far enough away to be able to fully relax. We are already looking to return!

The distance to town was a little far for us. But that was more due to the heat wave.

Great location, close enough to the town but far away enough to be quiet. The house is perfect, the ground floor is more traditional Turkish decor while the 1st floor rooms are recently refurbished to a high standard and modern. The garden is private, large and the pool is a perfect size. The house has everything you need for that home from home feeling and fully catered for self catering as you'd expect. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave, we will be back!

It was perfect really, I'd have to be super picky to find anything we didn't like! We had a couple days where the neighbours were a little noisy but that is completely beyond the control of the owner and all about timing I guess...

Air conditioned bedrooms and multiple fans and mosquito plug ins. The book nook (I love a book book) full of holiday reads! Comfy beds and tons of space. Fabulous very decent sized pool, the feeling of safety with good shutters and even a mosquito screen on the kitchen window! So thoughtful!

Water pressure is very low and you may end up sitting under the tap when showering at busy times. All the hotels suck up the pressure before it gets to the villa so no blame on the villa. Location is a good 35 minute walk from the centre but that’s really countered by a lovely sound of rural cows, goats and a cockerel (with no sense of time) and a feeling of very much being away in a different country. And they have bikes so only ten mins away from the centre really. Taxis are £2. And walking is good for you! 😃
