SGIt was a beautiful place. There was some outdoor kickabout space for the kids outside the house. There was also a playground about 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Most importantly the house was clean and all the electrical things from aircon, fans, lights and water heater was fully functional. There was also a room at level 1 with toilet for wheelchair-bound personnel in your family. It is a good option if you wanna spend most of your time chilling and hanging together as a whole family.
If you are particular about having shops/food options walking distance, then this house is a bit far from such amenities. will need to drive at least 5 min(gps timing) for breakfast and also buy daily items such as coffee or snacks to eat in the house.

Advanced communication on getting access to the property which came only 14 hours before check-in timing. The host mentioned delay was due to supposed backend issues with booking.com.
