Doolin Court

It was very nice. Comfortable and spacious.

Not much to dislike

Location was perfect. House was perfect. Everything you needed was there. No complaints from us. Our host was lovely.

Everything was great: Location, walking access to town, pubs and bus transportation to other areas, privacy, staff - all good. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re a newbie to driving in Ireland, do some preparation for right side steering and shifting (rent an automatic!) Also prepare for one lane roads with 2-way traffic. You can’t get there without driving those roads. And when you first rent the car at the airport you get to immediately drive in Dublin’s big city traffic.

ONLY complaint is that the furniture was not very comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. But we’ve rarely found that to be true in any condo or room we’ve stayed. Furniture built to last the rigors of vacationers isn’t built for comfort.

Location was nice and central to most things

Windows need to be freed up, some are jammed/seized closed- would have been nice to open for air circulation and necessity should an emergency arrive as an escape route. Not all floors were hoovered, not all pressed cleaned out, food crumbs in some presses and partial icecream block and frozen berries in freezer from previous client. Cobwebs in all rooms need cleaning. Bedlinen in main bedroom were il-fitting, shrunk in wash, fitted sheet & mattress protector kept coming off bed, woke up to them in a lump underneath us every morning. Need new proper fitting sheets.furniture dated in bedrooms.

Very comfortable and peaceful. Everything worked well. Short walk into Doolin which is beautiful with lots of nice restaurants & pubs.

Not the owner’s fault but you can’t drink the tap water in Doolin.

Super location

The house was spotless had everything we needed. Lovely quiet area with a beautiful view of the sunset from the back garden, easy 10min walk to fisher street.

It was a great location. Perfect amount of space, good facilities had everything you needed.
