Chute House, City Centre, 4bed, 2.5bathroom

Very comfortable. Very well styled and decorated. Large dining and kitchen area to socialise.

Great place, central for most activities in the city. Rooms were clean and perfect for a family/group upto 8 people. Bathrooms were clean and all appliances worked. It can get cold in the house but you are given option to boost the heating which was appreciated. Wifi worked great.

The only downside was the parking which is part of the parcel with such a cental accomodation and out of the landlords control. We had some trouble downloading the app to pay for parking at the two car parks nearby so suggest downloading the app before you travel.

The location was very convenient for the city centre and not far to the Quay area. It worked well for a group with the bathrooms/ toilet on each floor. The open plan kitchen/ diner was good for groups. The beds/ sofas were very comfortable. All appliances worked and there was a useful outdoor space. It was warm.

This would be under a heading of a few suggestions some of which we have already made to the owners. Add to kitchen eggcups and champagne flutes. The cutlery was not of the same standard as the overall presentation of the property 😊

Incredibly well equipped, very comfortable and the location was perfect for us with access to shops, bars , walks etc
