Appartamento Residence Costa D'Amalfi

Ein hübsche kleine Wohnung auf mehreren Ebenen. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer in Ordnung. Ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung, z.b. kleine Löffel, würden nicht schaden. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit sehr schönem Blick über Altstadt und Kirche aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Der Preis für die schöne Aussicht sind die 130 Stufen. Habe ein paar regnerische kühlere Tage erwischt, da war die Wohnung eher kühl, ließ sich aber durch die heizfunktion der Klimaanlage beheben.

Der Weg ist etwas anstrengend. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind optisch schön, aber nicht so bequem. Meinen Vermieter habe ich nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Hilfe beim Koffer tragen bei der Anreise scheint in Minori nicht üblich zu sein. Da es keine Einweisung gab, konnte ich die Markise nicht einfahren, als stärkerer Wind aufkam

When we booked the apartment, breakfast was included, but on arrival this was not included anymore.

The flat is beautiful. The terrace has an amazing view and gets morning sun (in winter at least). Bed is comfortable and the interactions with the host quick and easy. There is a nice kitchen, heating is done with 2 air conditioners.

There are 130 steps to reach it, which we liked, but to let you know. The bathroom looks pretty but has resurfacing mold under the paint. You can also smell it. This mold has to be resolved by re-doing the walls, not with chlorine and paint. Maybe calcium silicate plates for better air. As an hotelroom this bathroom is ok for a few days, and the rest of the flat is amazing and appliances all worked :) so no big worries. I would recommend the stay!

Great place, just can not wish for better place fod our stay on Amalfi coast. Clean, well equiped and fantastic terase.

Great apartment close to centre. Loved the little stairways up to it, really interesting. Great views from the spacious patio.

Could have a few more utensils such as a wooden spoon and bread knife. But we managed.

Fine for me but people should be aware of 140 stairs to go up especially with heavy luggage.
