Please inform Résidence Terracorse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Rental is available at the property. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Please contact the property in advance to give your estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that a EUR 45 to 95 EUR end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
