The hot water did not work as expected and we got sick for taking a bath in cold water. There was also no Humidifier and the room was so dry and not good for our throat.

there is distance from the Miyota Station, and not public transport friendly. But the host did helpful in arranging taxi for me.

I like the neighbourhood. Since I traveled with my dog, morning walk around the area was nice and refreshing. Good that it’s a bit far from main area of Karuizawa where is always too busy during summer. Appreciate it’s a super dog friendly place. Great, they have a meal option for dog! Very friendly nice staffs.

We stayed at one of RV houses. I understand RV is small, but the interior design can make it feel bigger and comfortable enough. Unfortunately this was not the case. The bathroom is uncomfortably small. I had hard time moving my body and my elbow was touching the wall when I used. I’m 158cm, a slim Asian female. I wonder how man can comfortably stay. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bed is low quality. I feel the bed can be folding beds or something equivalent to it and mattresses on top of it are thin and old. Everything inside of the RV looks like from Nitori. It looks plasticky and low quality. It functions, but no sparkle feelings at all. In conclusion, I find 30,000 yen a night for uncomfortable sleep is not worthy.

Fun concept. Good experience to be able to go camping whilst traveling Japan. Nice 'tent' and a beautiful place.

Quite a few unexpected add-on payments that is not clear during booking. They charged a 3200yen fee for lining and sheets. It said 1600 per person, although we just got one sheet to share for two persons (on a 90cm bed). They charged a late check in fee of 3300yen, although we had noted in advance that we were going to be late. This is not informed during booking or on the web page. Also, quite loud heater on the room... kept us from sleeping to well.

Nice glamping experience. It was quite cold outside, and we were worried that it would be too cold. There were heaters prepped in the dome tent we were staying, keeping the whole place very warm. The sauna was really good too.

The bed could be a little bit bigger. The sauna time could be a little longer. The place could use little bit more lights.

It's a beautiful location especially in Autumn. Great if you like camping. The caravans make a unique alternative to hotel rooms. Very cosy with the gas fire and the bed was very comfortable.
