West Craig Farmhouse

-very clean. -great location great for walking the dogs. -good value. -lots of space in the house and around the house

-few things missing from the kitchen e.g soup bowls, coffee maker (only 1 small broken cafetiere) scales (so couldn't do any baking) -1 double bed upstairs very uncomfortable (even for a child)

Everything was good

Loved the house and the location was perfect. Although big it felt like home and we all relaxed straight away, The owner and their family wee great, we made to feel.very welcome. Loved the useful bits and bobs left,, much more practical than the usual bottle of wine that none of us drink. Deer in the garden whilst doing dishes....definite bonus as I hate dishes, view was superb. Very relaxing but plenty to keep us busy if that's what we wanted.

Could do with a little TLC, nothing major, just the fixing of some wear and tear

It is an aged property with aged content and furnishing.

What I like more? I would rather say what I didn't like, it is easier, as what I like is many

Plenty of space inside and outside. Quiet and tranquil location. A generous welcome box. Lovely views across the fields.

Although it is a lovely dwelling, the property did not feel like it was set up to be a holiday let. The freezer was broken, the twin room did not have bedside tables, nearly all the crockery was chipped, the washing up sponge was not new, some kitchen cupboards were unclean and various bulbs needed replaced.

Everything was ace totally reccomend it

Coming home

The farm house was quiet, spacious with plenty of room for 9 of us including two children. Very good for our dog, Diesel - lots of garden space and well away from the main road. Well equipped kitchen. Just 5 mins drive from the centre of Forfar.

Another shower would have made things a lot easier
