"I expected a bit more of a property located on a well sought after golf estate."

the location is brilliant.

There was a terrible smell in the laundry room. I expected a bit more from a property on a golf estate. Our subsequent holiday rental accommodation @ the ATKV Goudini Spa that was less than half the price and recently upgraded by far exceeded this property

Additional R750 per night cleaning fee. This is the first time someone asked for cleaning fee not included in price. Seems a bit deceitful as price is higher than what you originally believed.
