Freundliche, aufmerksame Besitzerin. Voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne Lage gegenüber einer Höhlenkirche und nahe (50m) des Aussichtspunkts Padre Poveda mit Blick über Guadix und auf die Sierra Nevada. Pkw Parkplatz im Innenhof. Angenehmes Raumklima, im Winter Temperatur innen ca 19C, Zusatzheizungen sind vorhanden. Restaurants in der Nähe.
