"I was expecting better due to the reviews."

Clean blankets and bath. Quality stuff around the house and powerful heating system.

Dirty windows and wall papers, particularly in the living room. Rusty kitchen utils, broken things in many locations around the house, including wobbly electric sockets, broken carpets, yet collecting credit cards in case we broke something ?? Some parts of the house require a bit of a renovation. The staff do not communicate with each other, we needed to explain 3 times that we came by car, 2 times the checkin time, discussed 2 times the check out modality, they asked for all of our passports when we do not need them (we are residents and nationals). It was really exhausting.
