The house was not very clean and was very tired looking. Needed maintenance and repairs. Outside toilet not in good condition. Had an issue with security at the rear of the house.

NZIdeal location. Close to supermarkets and town centre. A charming old villa. This beautiful old house reminded us of a bygone era. High ceilings and big bedrooms. It is located easy walking distance to all amenities and a slightly longer walk to Mclean Park. Excellent BBQ available for use and the back garden was a delight to sit in and enjoy.
