"A major ripoff for what you paid for"

The location was excellent. Very close to everything.

There was bugs EVERYWHERE! THE BEDS WERE ROCK HARD! THE HOUSE ITSELF WAS FROM THE 50'S NEEDS MAJOR RENOVATION. EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART, DOES NOT WORK. THE OVEN DID NOT WORK AT ALL. THE FREEZER DID NOT WORK. THE FRIDGE DID NOT KEEP COLD. THE AC MADE SO MUCH NOISE. THERE WAS NEVER HOT WATER.

"Perfect spot in North Naples."

The house was really cozy with plenty of room. Three dedicated bedrooms with a bonus bed in the rear of the house. The back yard was my favorite part about this stay. There is plenty of fenced in space with several sitting areas available. The screened lanai is huge and includes a patio table for six and patio couch that would sit 8-10 people. While I was there a gentle breeze was always blowing but there is also a lighted ceiling fan to use. The host was quick to respond to a few questions I had. I didn't have any problems. There are two beaches within 2 miles, plenty of shopping and restaurants.

It was a tiny bit noisy. The neighborhood is 100% residential but there was a lot of traffic including construction vehicles. They were doing some major repairs to the roads within the neighborhood and a lot of home construction. I doubt that is always an issue.

This house had everything you could want. They had beach chairs etc all in good condition. We loved it here and would stay again. Family visited us and the grill was great along with bean bag toss. Nice outdoor napping couch in a screened in area was our favorite. Thank you so much we had a great vacation!
