La casa è affacciata su un piccolo fiordo tranquillo, dove dall'immensa finestra nel soggiorno ammirare il panorama e il flusso lento delle maree. L'alloggio è completamente ristrutturato, ha 4 camere e due bagni (uno completo, uno di servizio). la zona giorno è ampia e luminosa, con camino. All'esterno una grande terrazza, affacciata direttamente sull'acqua, dove godere delle lunghe serate estive in tranquillità (se il meteo lo consente...). La casa è completa di tutti i servizi: piano a induzione, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie; il riscaldamento è a pavimento e tutte le camere sono dotate di lenzuola, piumini e asciugamani. La cucina è superaccessoriata e non manca nulla! All'ingresso sono disponibili calze antiscivolo o ciabatte poiché è richiesto di non indossare le scarpe nell'alloggio. La proprietaria, che vive a poca distanza, passa a trovare gli ospiti e si assicura che tutto proceda bene. E' disponibile per eventuali necessità e dispensa utilissimi consigli sulle isole e sulle tradizioni locali, sui luoghi da visitare e sui locali migliori per pranzare/cenare.

Un dettaglio, sicuramente risolvibile: qualche piano di appoggio in più (nelle camere o nei bagni) o appendiabito per chi si ferma più di un paio di notti e vorrebbe sistemare le valige... nelle stanze non ci sono armadi dove riporre i vestiti.

"Vi anbefaler Visit Mortsund på det sterkeste!"

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i rorbua – med havet rett utenfor stuedøra! Utleierne var svært hyggelige og lette å komme i kontakt med; de svarte raskt og var alltid hjelpsomme. Rorbua holder en veldig god standard, med god plass til 9 personer og alt man trenger for selvhusholdning. Sengene var svært komfortable, og vi sov veldig godt. Vi fikk også god informasjon om området, turtips og vertsfamilien. Alt i alt en nydelig opplevelse – vi kommer gjerne igjen!
