Lindos Calmare Suites

Location is good.

We stayed in Cleo suite: the suites vary considerably in size, indoors and out, I would recommend to the owner that pictures of each suite is shown on the website so people know what they are getting. Cleo suite has 2 double beds on 2 open floors but it really is a studio for 2, with the lack of space of where to put clothes (only rails) no drawers we were struggling for space with just the two of us! This is not an apartment or suite! for 4 - a couple with 2 kids maybe but not 4 adults. There is no kitchenette; the kettle, toaster and coffee machine are on a tiny table; there was absolutely no space to even make a drink (all the cups, cutlery, plates are in boxes under the table). And the bathroom sink is the same sink you’d need to wash your dishes in. I’d rather had had a set of drawers to put clothes in. Upstairs we had to put the clothes rail on the balcony, it doesn’t fit in the room if you want to use the bed!

Lack of storage area as its mostly open plan It would be an issue with two couples staying as just one very small wardrobe and a small area to hang lots upstairs

The studio apartment was in a brilliant location, close to St Paul’s Bay yet close to the centre of the old town. It was situated off a quiet street; it was very quiet at night time. The bed was comfortable though there was only a sheet and thin throw, an extra blanket would’ve been appreciated. There was a good sized outdoor space which was functional but looked a bit tired. Melia was a 2 minute walk away which was fantastic for breakfast; I recommend it. Self check in was straight forward, check out easy but a slightly later time would have been nice.

As the accommodation was not serviced, a change of towels during the week would have been good. There was shampoo, conditioner and washing up liquid but no hand soap. There wasn’t any storage space in the room apart from a rail with hangers, a couple of drawers would have been useful rather than living out of the case. These are not criticisms but just our opinion.

Apartment was centrally located .. walking distance to supermarket. shops . restaurant and beach . The location even though it was central was very quiet . The apartment was very roomy and modern. The flat screen TV was excellent and having access to Netflix was great in the evening. Was a bonus to have a washing machine The apartment sleeps 4 … there was only 2 of us … I wouldn’t have liked to share with two other adults as apartment was open plan . The stairs leading up stairs - I wouldn’t consider to be child friendly. We were aware the cooking facilities were limited but was delighted with air fryer for boiling eggs and toasting sandwiches Lindos was beautiful… we loved it … .

Perfect location in Lindos village. 5 mins to St. Paul beach on foot while it’s close to everything. A lovely apartment with a beautiful view, too.

It was lovely and comfortable for the two of us. It was in a fantastic location, everything on your door step.

Location and room.

Very good location- right in the heart of Lindos. The two tier apartment was very modern but with character, and very spacious and clean. Lovely large roof patio.

There were some ants but I think that is unavoidable

a mid week clean and fresh bedding would have been lovely, a guide showing important things like where to find the bins for refuse would have been useful but we eventually spotted some
