Stunning location with lake view from the balcony, very modern and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, quiet surroundings. We loved this apartment!

Bed is quite short, not suitable for tall people. Was ok for me (1.8m).

Location was good, not directly on the lake, but a short drive up the hill

Room could have been warmer on arrival, but resolved by adjusting the heating. Would have been easier to meet the host, to run through how the apartment operates, rather than exchanging messages, but I appreciate there could be language issues.

Very nice and cozy 1 bedroom apartment, with a nice view to the Como Lake / Mountains To visit lake Como towns you can use a boat (the schedule is provided by the host, or you google it, or make a picture in the harbor while waiting) or you can use the train if you're not planning to cross the lake. I especially enjoyed Mandello del Lario ... such a nice little town.

For me it was not really an issue 'cause I like to walk, but keep in mind that the apartment is a 30 minutes walk from train station ... uphill :) ... My wife was not very happy about this, but little exercise didn't kill anyone. As a tip ... you can use the door close to the pool and you will shorten your walking distance with at least 10 min (use the door - go right and straight ahead on a small forest trail - and then left on the stairs)

The place with its fantastic view and good location for exploring Como. Apartment and pool are clean and Wi-Fi is good for work. We had clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

There were no body, hand and hair detergents and washing machine and dishwasher detergents

- The house is clean and cosy for family with young kids. It has well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and we love the italian toilet bidet 😃 and air- conditioning - The self check in was easy. Car can be parked inside a secured garage in front of the house. - The view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. - Wifi was excellent

- We didn’t get to use the pool 😔 it was closed perhaps due to the weather - City tax need to be pay with cash before check out - be sure to bring small change. Otherwise I’m sure the host, Guilia can help, respond very fast whenever we have questions ☺️

Location is great, there is parking space comfortable for big cars, Guilia host is great and helpfull. View from balcony is charming, apartmant is fully loaded, you have everything inside, very satisfied!
