Country Retreats on Ranzau 2

Quiet location with everything we needed. Loved the fruit trees and the fact that it was fully self contained. Guest laundry was a bonus, as was the pool. Loved that we could shut the gate onto our own yard. Beds were very comfortable, loved the shower dome in the bathroom.

Great stay, very comfortable! Definitely reccomend you to use this accomodation if you're in the Nelson area!

The whole thing is good. However, the shower is amazing, I loved the little touches like free fresh chicken 🐔 eggs! Chocolate biscuits, some drinks, and lovely coffee ... and the energy was so peacefully secure it was easy to be totally relaxed 😌 🙌

If I had to pick, it would be the book of information that was in the unit with the black color case 🤔 it was ripped and the information could be structured better maybe with a nice colorful case round it ...I did love this place

It was very comfortable.. felt home away from home and to top it all they provided us with some complimentary eggs and milk for our breakfast.. very neat and clean and peaceful stay … definitely if we have another visit to Nelson we will stay there only …

Nothing I can think off

Fresh farm eggs and grapefruit for breakfast were excellent. The Aucklanders hadn't seen eggs that colour naturally for ages! The shower pressure was amazing. Fully fenced with chicken wire was just the best for our non-shedding knee high dog, she loved the grass, spent so much time rolling on it. Plenty of parking made it easy for our few guests who visited. Short run to supermarket. Easy drive to airport and the venues we needed. And a quick get away south out of town!

The only suggestion we had was perhaps having four king single beds in one unit/hut so adult siblings/cousins don't have to face the prospect of sharing a bed - it didn't work when we were kids! However the sofa was more than comfortable.

I loved the night we stayed here in this accomodation. The place was lovely and clean. The nice bonus of a free drink and some chocolate biscuits was much appreciated after the long day we had driving from Christchurch and then having the roads closed due to flooding this place was the best place to stay for the night. Also the free range eggs in the fridge were amazing. I had to go and look for the chickens in the morning and thank them for the eggs and of course I patted one! Cheers Sharlene Nash

Nice modern units with everything you need for a stay. The complimentary items in the fridge were a bonus and the kids loved going looking for eggs in the hen house. We will definitely be back to stay again.
