Really great set up for a family, very confy beds and extremely clean and tidy. Would recommend to family groups.

No instructions for using the tv and it seemed that someone was else was logged into the system , we managed to get on Netflix but this went off at 10pm, again it seemed like someone else was using the account. The fire alarm went off while cooking breakfast despite having the fan on full and all the windows and door open.

Great location, handy to Richmond. Welcoming treats in the fridge much appreciated. Fresh eggs were brilliant and the pool was much used.

It was a big surprise to find the fridge stocked with drink,eggs and treats. There was an ample number of towels . A pool and free laundry, what more would you want. Great value for money.

This is our 3rd time staying at Country Retreats....in the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom accommodation finding all the extra touches (fresh eggs, biscuits, juice and beers & toiletries) that you never find anywhere else a very generous touch!! The unit was very clean and with all the home comforts! Very quiet but also a handy spot to travel from. Will definitely be back. Thank you again
