Simon's Cosy House

Excellent location, comfortable, cleverly and very tastefully upgraded. Will definitely be back!

Please provide a shower mat for safety. Also, some hooks on the bathroom door would be helpful - there's nowhere to hang clothes while showering etc The DVD recorder might not be working...

The house is located centrally in the City of Bangor. It was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed excellent value. Simon's communication was quick explaining everything.

Very convenient location and within walking distance of the marina and high street. The house was clean and had all the facilities we needed. We had a lovely stay. Simon the owner very helpful and answered any enquiries straight away.

Parking outside the house could be an issue for some. You could not guarantee getting a space when you returned after going out. Sometimes had to park further away but always managed to get a space somewhere albeit not outside the house.

Great location. All you needed available in the house.

Spacious, well stocked with provisions and great, high-quality furnishings and facilities. Living room was particularly welcoming and the games room was a nice touch. Bedrooms, like the rest of the house, very cosy. Bathroom very pleasant too.

No cause for complaint. It does exactly what it says on the tin - cosy.

Good location, very well equipped.

The house was perfectly equipped for all our needs and the location couldn't be better (2 mins from the train station). Simon was very accommodating with flexing our check-in time, saving us having to sleepily wander around after an early flight in. All in all top experience, thank you!

Location was good. Access to shop and train good. Kitchen good with washing machine. The central heating was fabulous. Beds comfortable

Stairs were steep. Only loo at top of stairs. 2 Bedrooms a good size
