"Lovely weekend out sightseeing with a lovely homely base to come back to."

8.0

Clean well equipped, and stylish. It is ideally placed for sightseeing. Zip world, Menai Bridge and Snowdonia

The only problem for me were the steep stairs but others may not be troubled by them, otherwise the property is great.

From start to finish our stay at Moryn was awesome, the landlord is a top man couldn't be more helpful loads of great advice about our mission of seeing the sunrise from the top of snowdon, and I can honestly say I've had the two best nights sleep in months it really does give you that holiday feel... thank you 👍

"Absolutely excellent!"

10.0

Aled, the owner is really a nice and friendly guy. He was waiting for us at the house to handover the key and to give us some hints on where to shop groceries and where to go. A couple of days before our arrival we had contact via the booking.com portal to agree about the handover of the keys. The arrangement was that we call him ~20 min before arrival. Everything worked perfectly. This holiday home is absolutely nice and comfortable and decorated very pretty. Our daughter liked especially the armchair which she immediately occupied with a blanked and her books. The kitchen has everything you need and when we arrived there was a welcome basked with some food and coffee for the first dinner & breakfast. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The house is located quite centraly to the many attractions of the region: By car: ~25 min. to Conwy Castle, Beaumaris Castle, Caernaforn Castle or Snowdon Mountain Railway Station, 45 min. to South Stack Lighthouse to give just some examples. There is public parking along the road in front of the house with some restrictions: During the day (10 am to 4 pm) you are allowed to park for one hour without return for 1 hour. This means you can park your car in the afternoon from 3 pm to 11 am the next morning - so enough to get up late or have a long breakfast before exploring the region. We always could park directly in front of the house. Our opinion: if you intend to explore Snowdonia and/or Angelsey and are searching for self-catering accomodation this is the perfect place to stay. Absolutely recommended.

There is really nothing to complain.

"A very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

9.0

This was a self catering stay. The house had everything one needed including ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and kettle with a good selection of utensils. There was a nice welcome pack and milk in the refrigerator. That was appreciated. The conservatory was the dining area and was spacious and bright.

Car parking was on the road outside. Parking was restricted during part of the day. It was not a problem since we were out everyday but would have been more problematic if we had wanted to stay in all day.
