Oamaru Green Cottage

Wonderful views. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Charming and funky older cottage with some updates. Loved the art on the walls. Comfortable bed. I felt like I was staying in my great-grandmother’s original house; slightly modernized, before the neighborhood began to gentrify. Many original features, like the baffling door locks! The best view is from the bathroom window. We can picture a long term stay here. The place really grew on us. Oamaru is charming.

Backpackers hostel two doors down can be slightly rowdy. The neighborhood appears run-down at first glance but we felt perfectly safe.

Excellent location near the harbour. Harbour views. Well-equiped kitchen.

Booking.com had the wrong door code. The email from the host had the correct code.

Ocean view cottage walking distance to harbour. Nice , clean and comfortable room, helpful owner. Watching sunrise from home.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to town center and waterfront. Lilly was superb and we so enjoyed our stay. The cottage was wonderful in every way, had everything one could want for an extended stay.

The views were Supreme, the Location was perfect for our needs. The cottage was so user friendly. Everything was at your finger tips. The beds super comfortable.
