Chester Cottage Beachfront - direct ocean access

For $400+ per night you would think the property would be clean. Cobwebs everywhere, food in the couches, what looked like blood drips in one of the bedrooms. An absolutely filthy dish brush and dirty cups, glasses plates etc. Overall pretty disgusting really. The owners should be embarrassed to charge so much for such poor quality. Just taking the $$ and not giving a sh*t about people pretty much some this place up .

Fantastic view - lovely feeling place

Beautiful property with private access to the beach which was 20m away. Just a 10min walk to the beach to an excellent pizzeria (Black Sands).

Single beds not very comfortable. Flax too high for view when sitting on deck chairs on deck.

No dishwasher or drier for the price, downstairs bathroom very pokey

The location was outstanding, right on the beach, good for swimming and surfing. Close to shops and cafes.

It was tired and cluttered and had only been superficially cleaned. Downstairs bathroom was totally inadequate for 4 adults, shower door didn’t fit so room required mopping after shower was used. All crockery and cutlery had to be washed before use.

Cozy home away from home with easy access to beach

The tree at outside seating area was a bit overgrown spoiling beach view
