This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.

Great location, The lounge with the fire was great , as well as the outdoor shower and spa was cool.

We probably should have read the description better- We didn’t realise that the 3rd bedroom was outside! Wasn’t a problem for us but we may have chosen somewhere else if we were aware of this.

Excellent location. Quiet but close to Oneroa shops. Excellent internal layout with separate areas to retreat and communal areas to get togther. Outdoor area was well designed. Well appointed kitchen.

Bed in master bedroom was slightly lumpy but was able to sleep well on the second night.

Accommodation was sparkling clean, beautifully set up and had everything we needed. Perfectly located a quick walk from oneroa. Richard and Sharonagh were very helpful and great to deal with.
