Sehr gute Lage nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Garage für das Motorrad. Außerordentlich reichlich gefüllter Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Tee, und viele abgepackte Frühstückssüßigkeiten. Marmelade, Nutella Kekse alles reichlich vorhanden. Wie auch jede Menge Handtücher und Badetücher.

La posizione, comodissimo per visitare Matera, i servizi offerti, la pulizie e il proprietario molto disponibile! Subito sotto casa la possibilità di utilizzare il garage (su richiesta) per evitare di girare per cercare posteggio e multe per la Ztl.

L'unica nota negativa (ma non per colpa del proprietario) è che l'appartamento e il garage sono all'interno della zona Ztl, e nonostante avesse richiesto il permesso di passaggio per gli ospiti al comune, non era ancora disponibile e non abbiamo potuto usufruirne fino alla mezzanotte per poter mettere l'auto al coperto.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and the place is close to the center. We liked the stylish decor and especially appreciated the kitchen, which was very well equipped. And lots of complimenatry tea and coffee etc. made relaxing easy.

We arrived on a busy Saturday, so free parking nearby was limited and we walked a few minutes to the place. The bedroom is part of the living room on a raised platform, which we did not notice from the photos. That said, the value for the money is excellent.

Very helpfull host. Very clean flat, with everything what is needed, even wasching machine. In kitchen and fridge there was a lot of things for breakfast, thank you Flat is around 4min by walk to the place where old city "begins". There is no parking spot, but you can find place for parking in radius around 300m.
