Great location, so much space and host was very friendly.

Lack of pans and tools for cooking. That really was the only thing.

The owner/operators are a family and very kind and responsive. They made sure I felt at home and had my needs met. The accommodations are simply beautiful, large, well-maintained & and pleasure to stay at. Comfortable mattress and pillows. All breakfast items provided. Quick & easy access to Old Town and bus station that takes us to the Ancient Part on the other side. Simply the best choice for me! Great value & they’re welcome to stay at my house in FL when they come there!

Very spacious, outfitted well.. lovely snacks, good coffee and coffee machine.

Parking a little challenging. Would recommend adding a google map link to the parking options.

The kitchen is very simple and small (e.g. no microwave) and the crib they provided was not working properly.

The Petra Mater property in Matera is wonderful and located very close to the old town. The large room can easily accommodate a family with children.

Everything is good, but if you travel by car you need to find a parking space în the outskirts.

Beautiful big apartment. Great kitchen with required equipment. Comfortable bed. Good location, close to Sasa.

Great location close to the sassi and a large space that was perfect for a family. Modern, comfortable furniture. Large bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. New heating/AC units. Small playground around the corner that was convenient for the kids to use on the way to/from visiting historical sites. Covered, paid parking a short walk away if there is no street parking available. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Matera!
