"Un logement avec parking proche de la zone des Sassi"

Situé très près de la zone des Sassi avec une place de parking privée ( précieux car en zone ztl), un logement spacieux, très confortable, bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue.

Le petit déjeuner se limite à des produits préemballés. L'allumage des lumières un peu complexe.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e fornita di tutti confort per il soggiorno. Posizione eccellente per la vicinanza al centro storico e ai punti di interesse da visitare. Eccezionale il parcheggio disponibile della struttura stessa. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. Consiglio per chi vuole visitare Matera

We really liked this large room. The location is perfect for visiting Matera, and the private parking right outside the door is a great asset. Very friendly and uncomplicated service from Teri.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not to our taste. Not any fresh options, everything wrapped in plastic, which we really don't like. There should be other options (for example, an agreement with a neighbouring café bar).

Posizione ottima, pulizia ottima, parcheggio moto Ottimo,

Nella descrizione ci sono in sala 2 divani letto, in realtà c'è un letto ad una piazza 1/2. Quindi se siete come noi 3 uomini bisogna adattarsi. Spero che correggano la descrizione perché è proprio un bel posto.

"Tolles modernes Appartement sehr nah der Altstadt"

Super tolles, neu renoviertes Apartment, liebevoll eingerichtet, ein paar Gehminuten von der Altstadt. Nette Vermieter, gute Kaffeemaschine, alles da. Privater Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Alles bestens, wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Danke nochmals

Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Es fehlt eine Seifenschale in der Dusche und die Temperatur lässt sich schwer regeln, entweder ist das Wasser zu warm oder zu kalt.

Great place, close to old town with possibility to park the car in front of the door

We prefer different kind of breakfast - not sweet Italian style.
