The location and size of the property were great and that fact that we were able to book last minute for only one night. Check-in was easy, even if we were a little early for check-in.

I did not realize it from the pictures, but it is one large unit with a separate entrance. It has 2 levels - bedroom and second bathroom on the second (loft) level. It was great and more than enough for one person - could be good for a family or a group of friends too. Antonio the host was very friendly and helpful. The parking is on the street and it takes about 15-20 min to walk to the Old Town, which is where you want to be in Matera. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

There is a train station not far from the property and occasionally I could hear a train passing by far away, but it was not a problem for me, just an unusual sound.

Apartamento muy espacioso y limpio. Antonio ha sido muy amable y nos ha proporcionado toda la ayuda necesaria para pasar unos días fantásticos en Matera.

Comfortable and spacious. Able to park car easily and in a local setting with easy access to shops and historical centre

Breakfast was croissants in packet and cakes in packet nothing fresh. Yoghurt and juice provided.

Duzy i pr-estronny apartament, wyposażona kuchnia.

Dziwna wersja prześcieradeł z gumà od spodu. Nie jest to wygodne.
