We have the best time in this apartment! It’s really close to the main square in Matera and the whole town. The apartment is clean as new, beautiful and Giovani and his son Claudio welcome you with all the information that you’ll need in your stay there. Great wifi and A/C. They help us with the parking spot for our van and leave us a lot of amenities. Surely I recommend you to stay there!

L’emplacement

Giovanni and Rose are very responsive. Found and saved a parking space for us. Clean, modern apartment very close walk to everything including hiking and historic areas. We cooked and found we had everything we needed. Giovanni helped us with a car issue that went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this property for your stay. Note that once you get parked you probably won’t move your car again until you depart.

Extremely kind and responsive hosts. Very good location in Matera. Starting point to all sights. The host provided us with free parking for the car. I recommend!

Tutto perfettamente pulito e tenuto bene. I padroni di casa super gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Veramente belle persone. La casa carinissima e tenuta maniacalmente. Nulla da dire di negativo. Spettacolare

Des hôtes aux petits soins, qui prennent le temps de vous accueillir et de vous expliquer, par une carte fléchée, ce qu'il y a voir dans Matera, et les itinéraires à suivre, ainsi que les restaurants ou autres boutiques. Vraiment aux portes de la vieille ville où on peut se garer (place gardée). Des attentions (boissons, capsules de café en quantité, sachets de thé...). Le seul bémol, pas véritablement de vue depuis l'appartement mais comme on est tout le temps dehors, pas un vrai problème. Arrivés un samedi vers 19h de Bari (après avoir récupéré une voiture de location à l'aéroport et fait les 3/4 d'heure de route, nous avons pu profiter de la ville dès le 1er soir, aisni que de toute la journée du dimanche et d'une 2ème soirée, avant de poursuivre vers Martina France et Alberobello. A noter que la maison des propriétaires (ancienne maison familiale) ont 2 appartements, on peut donc y être à 2 couples ou en famille.

Great location, quiet area, and 2 minutes walk to old Town. Charming couple - owners, very helpful. Communication with them was quick and easy. Beautiful apartment: comfy, newly renovated and it has all the necessary amenities.
