La mansardina è un monolocale accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort, in posizione comodissima per visitare Matera. La proprietaria mette a disposizione da bere e da mangiare. Non manca niente. Inoltre è pulitissima.

Posizione eccezionale a due passi dalla ztl appena fuori dal centro, facile parcheggiare in zona e proseguire a piedi la visita di Matera, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi
