Fabulous property Amazing views ! Great terrace

Excellent location provided you can manage the steps up to the villa from the town (in fact this proved to be good exercise & great for working off excess tiramisu). Though we could have managed easily enough ourselves, we had help getting our suitcase up the steps from the fantastic Nico who was recommended by the host for taxi to and from the airport; he was also a mine of useful information. Air-conditioning was excellent and worked flawlessly with comfortable bedrooms and excellent bathrooms including great showers. Well equipped kitchen with an outdoor patio and sun terrace which had great views of the town below. House wifi worked without issues. There were some beach mats and beach towels which we made use of plus goggles and snorkels provided by the host. Cavtat is friendly and welcoming with numerous restaurants/cafes within 5 minutes walk of the villa. Coastline is rocky with a few pebbled beaches; sunbathing generally done from loungers that can be hired for the day or you can tough it out on mats/towels for free. Water was nice and warm for swimming. We didn't bother with car hire and there was enough to keep us entertained for a week in Cavtat itself, though we would recommend a day-trip by boat ferry to Dubrovnik.

We had a couple of nights of heavy rain (in September) but weather was otherwise superb. Bring some mosquito repellant as we did get some impressive bites.

This property we booked for our family vacation was absolutely superb! Perfect location with amazing views across the harbour. The villa was fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was very accommodating and helpful providing a transfer from the airport which was a great touch (Niko was a great guy who gave us a few handy tips on the local area) and provided a great insight to the local amenities. I would go back tomorrow we didn’t want to leave!

A fabulous luxury home from home property in an amazing location. Fantastic views of the sea, promenade and surrounding mountains.The people of Cavtat are warm and welcoming to their quaint and historical village.

It not a dislike, but the steps to the property and around the village may challenge the less able, however you will take them in your stride the longer you stay.

So many good things to say about this property. There are some steps to get there but you are well rewarded. The design and finishes are tasteful. Everything is very considered and thoughtful. The view to Cavtat harbour from the cosy front porch is exquisite day and night. The proximity of the house to all the superb amenities of Cavtat is excellent. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Aircon was very good with mid July temperatures outside. The Host and her assistant Niko were super helpful at all times. This is a 5 star set up. I would come again

I'm in my late fifties and it was 38 degrees (an exceptional heat wave in Croatia) at the time so the stairs to get to the house is something to be aware of but you are well rewarded when you get there.......

Lovely apartment with three good size rooms, good linen and excellent mattresses and pillows. Lovely large shaded outdoor deck above the house with fan as well as balcony at the entrance to home with stunning views and seating. So options for your outdoor seating. Great air conditioners which were very quiet and three good size shower rooms - one on each floor. Note - none of them en suite which wasn’t an issue really. Coffee machine was a wonderful addition. Nico who also does transportation at a reasonable price is your meet and greet and lovely.
