The location was excellent. A short walk to the centre of Oxford ( 15 mins) and a lovely vibe around the area.

The property had a student digs vibe about it. it certainly could do with a deep clean and a paint job. The carpets are filthy. Lots of things didn’t work. Shower head needs to be held up to be able to shower. We couldn’t get the drier to work.

The rooms were much smaller than expected and the property starting to look a bit more worn than the pictures.
