The view was great - also the Bachcare and property management were lovely, unable to help, but lovely

The pool is not able to be used - There is no internal access to the main floor and the outside access is incredibly slippery and dangerous when wet! There was no compendium to help us with anything - We had issues with the internet that we had to sort via the Bachcare people (took over 2 hours) - The TV did not work, it is old and needs to be upgraded to be able to access any streaming services, the lovely PM came to try and sort for us but had no luck as it just needs replacing - so on the raining days we were all on our devices being very separate. We paid a lot of money to stay at Swallows Nest ($5,400.00) - we did not know that the pool was out of service until a couple of days prior to our stay. When booking, the photos all include a working pool, the blurb mentions the pool. You have to scroll down through all the great information about the property to see that the pool isn't available. This is basically false advertising and needs to be rectified and the price needs to be changed to reflect this. We were so disappointed.

It’s 2 seperate flats which was a bit frustrating and the lift and dryer didn’t work

Beautiful home. Amazing view. Loved the pool.

Not a biggie but Pool wasn't clean. Well, The colour of the water was absolutely fine but just the amount of bugs floating on top of water and some 🍃. Would of been nice if they were removed before we arrived. The pool was a highlight though!
