Nice property, great location

Strong fusty smell in downstairs cupboards. A bathmat and an extra hand towel or two would have made the stay better. The bed in the back bedroom a bit rickety.

It was like home from home. Everything you could possibly need. Near to shops ,beach ,pier and pubs

Central location. Well equipped internally.

Outside area very poor.. Table and chairs dirty and rusty. Very cramped. Weed and cobwebs filled. No sunlight. Closely adjacent to the wheelie bins and no privacy. Also lack of car parking could be an issue for anyone with mobility problems.

Great location, within walking distance of local amenities, a lovely little park, and parking within 2 minutes. Ideal location for several local attractions like ROARR and Wells Next To The Sea.

I'm sure others will have no issues, but the bed for me was very uncomfortable and caused a few morning aches and disturbed sleep. This is not reflected in the score as this is personal preference and did not ditract from what is a lovely, clean cottage

Stairs were steep and narrow

It was homely and well equipped, very warm and comfortable. Had everything you needed and sky. Great location.

Nothing I didn’t like, only issue I had was that a window cleaner turned up and I didn’t know about him, he made me jump!

Location perfect, facilities very good, cleanliness spot on.

Lack of info on key lock position, also wrong code emailed prior to start of holiday, corrected after phone call

Lovely property in a great location handy for the beach or exploring further afield. Cromer is a great place to stay with clean beaches, great food at the Rocket and Lifeboat cafes on the seafront.

Steep stairs, could be tricky for less able visitors. A fair amount of traffic noise as on a main street but unavoidable given the town centre location.
