Clean, spacious, family friendly and pet friendly - It was definitely worth it!

The alloted parking is hard to find especially if you arrive at night. Better road signage is an essential uplift.

Proximity to the bus and Lawson.

We didn’t like that the onsen did not have a way to lock access to it from the outside. We have a 3 year old child and were very nervous about always watching where she was because of the onsen upstairs and the concern around water and possible drowning. If they would put a lock on the door to keep children out that would make your guests with small children more at ease.

The villa is clean and new. Love the hot tub in the bathroom upstairs. The footbath is also a value added feature.

One bedroom comes with door. And the other bedroom has no door and hence no privacy to stayers. It feels a bit awkward and disturbed sleep when others go to toilet or stay up late in the common room.

The process was complicated as we were travelling and could not access our email. Once we worked out the kiosk we were able to obtain assistance, which was very helpful.

If we had the code for the door a day earlier, it would have been much easier. The outdoor area was not inviting at all. The table was broken and unusable and the previous tenant had not cleaned up after their pet. There were no instructions for garbage disposal.

You need to have your own car to live in the property! Hard to commute!

People liked the hot tub and foot spa and the place was spacious, clean and modern. The kids loved sleeping in the loft.

The parking was off site, but the walk wasn’t too far. Landscaped non muddy area in the back where the table was would’ve been nice as well as a sliding door or curtain for the room with the loft, just for a little added privacy. Other than that, we enjoyed it a lot!
