Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Supermarkt, Cafés etc fußläufig erreichbar. Um das Haus herum ist noch genügend Platz zum Spielen.

Die steile Treppe nach oben zu den Schlafrumen und das WC unten. Für ältere Personen nicht ganz so gut geeignet.
